The structure of this piece over all is nice. Though, the face lacks a bit of symmetry. If you take a look at a real human, it usually has a face that is formed the same on both sides, right? (: So the chin should be a little bit more balanced.
I think you did a really great job on the hair and facial proportions! Though, one thing to keep in mind (if you want details to show) is to not let the hair of the character get in the way of the eyes. The lineart can be there, shining through the iris, but you could leave the eye-part of the bangs un-colored. ^_^
I really appreciate the little marking of the lower lip, and the side of the nose. It gives off a more "realistic feel" with those little details (: And if you want to make your piece even more realistic, you could add a little line, just above the upper part of the eye, to indicate the eye lid.
